What is a cumulative discount?
A
cumulative discount is a program that rewards regular customers, where the size
of the discount depends on the total amount of successful purchases made in the
last year.
After the seller assigns the status "Completed" to the transaction, the purchase is considered successful, and its amount is recorded.
The discount can only be applied to lots listed at a fixed price. It does not apply to auctions.
The discount program is only available on the new version of the website.

How to set discount sizes?
In the
“Settings” - “Selling” - “Discounts” section, the seller can configure the
discount sizes based on the amount of successful purchases over the year.Up to 5
discount levels can be set: the larger the amount of purchases, the larger the
discount.The maximum
possible discount on lots is 50%.By default,
the purchase amount is set in rubles, but it can be changed to another currency
if desired.
Immediately
after setting the purchase amount and discount size, the number of buyers who
will receive this discount is displayed. Changing the purchase amount will also
change the number of buyers. Buyers from the "blacklist" and blocked
users are not counted. For confidentiality purposes, information about buyers
is hidden.
The first established discount parameters are applied one hour after they are saved. Subsequent changes to the discount settings are applied once a day at 3:00 AM MSK.
The seller can reset all established discounts and opt out of the program. The reset of all discounts will occur at 3:00 AM MSK. After the discount goes into effect, notifications will be sent to all buyers who receive the discount in the news feed. Additionally, notifications will be sent to buyers regarding changes in the discount size or that the seller has opted out of the discount program and there are no longer discounts on their lots. If the seller does not want to wait and needs to reset all discounts quickly, they can contact Customer Support via online chat or send a request to the email address support@meshok.ru In the lot submission form for sale at a fixed price, there is an option to indicate that discounts do not apply to this lot.
Additionally, the "Discounts"
parameter can be set or removed for lots through Mass Operations.
